What is dis_orientation?

Disorientation is a monthly live audiovisual performance night in Sydney which has been running for just over two years.

Broadly concentrating on experimental and electronic music, as well as elements of performance art and experimental film, the event aims to present challenging new work to as wide an audience as possible.

Organised by the UTS Sound Collective, the event also makes it a priority to showcase young and
emerging artists every month alongside more experienced and well known performers. Originally held at Lanfranchis Memorial Discotheque in Chippendale the night has recently moved to the Abercrombie Hotel on Broadway.
