This Month's Artist Details:
Winner is Sydney's own psychotic supergroup covers band.
Your favourite pop hits as you've never heard them before. Get down to such classics as Bohemian Rhapsody and Tainted Love as performed by a demented Eno-era Roxy Music featuring Garry Bradbury, Sweden, Swerve and Adrian (Spastic Howitzer) Bertram.
Legendary for being banned from every venue they have ever played, The Bloodied Cunts are a seminal pop group fronted by mountains madman John Wah. Contestants in last year's ploveridol competition at Electrofringe, the group have not appeared for over a year. We are sorry for bringing them back.
Over the past 18 months, Daniel Green has helped to create some of the most pretentious music experiences ever witnessed by Sydney's indie set; working with the likes of Turkish Pop Group (along with frontman Damien Alam's solo work), MC's D*Lose and Attari, and Bunnies Caneener. For dis_orientation, Daniel will be making a very rare solo performance, and he promises it will be nothing short of terrible. "I never claim to promise quality," he often says of his work, "but at least it will be entertaining."
When he isn't performing, Daniel enjoys reading, watching loading screens and writing bios.
